What is the payment processing fee?
It is the charge our payment provider, Razorpay, makes for processing your payment. It is added to the session price, shown to you before you pay, and ShuttleArc keeps none of it. The exact amount depends on how you pay.
Who sets the price of a session?
Each coach sets the price of their own sessions. You always see the full price in rupees before you book.
When will you start charging?
ShuttleArc is in early access. We do not charge players or coaches a subscription or a commission during the beta. If we introduce paid plans later, we will update this page and tell existing users before any charge applies.
Do coaches pay to list their sessions?
No. There is no listing fee and no commission on bookings during the beta. Coaches are paid for sessions once they are completed.
How do I pay for a session?
You pay inside the app using the options available at checkout, such as UPI, cards and net banking. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we never see or store your card details.
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel in time, or a session is cancelled, you are refunded to the payment method you used. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy. Read the refund policy.
Is there pricing for academies?
Not yet. We are planning tools for academies and would like to run pilots. Write to us and tell us what you need.
